All garden centers were temporarily closed due to Corona, which meant that the orchid producer from Friedeburg with 30 employees had to forego almost all of its sales.
GOAL
Create a new sales channel so that orchids can continue to reach end customers despite the pandemic and employees can be retained.
SOLUTION
A separate online shop where orders from end customers can be received and online marketing that supports it.
RESULTS
Thanks to 6-digit monthly sales, all employees could be brought back from short-time work – even additional workers were hired.
